Return/Exchange Policy

We accept Return/Exchange in 14 days after receiving your order.
We take great care in inspecting each item before it’s shipped to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. We accept Returns/Exchanges provided that the product remains in the same condition when received without using it or making any procedures that change its condition. In the rare case that you receive a faulty item, please notify us on Info@farafero.com within 24-hours of receiving it and provide photos of the defect so we can start processing a return/exchange from our end.
